The Peoples Bank proudly recognizes Laken L. Maschmeier on her recent appointment as the new Ocean Springs Branch Manager! Although Laken is a Hattiesburg native, she has spent most of her life on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, thanks to her father's military career. Laken joined The Peoples Bank in October 2021 and quickly became an invaluable team member serving as the Branch Manager/Loan Officer of our Cedar Lake Branch. She holds a B.A. in Marketing from Mississippi State with eight years of experience in the lending industry. Laken says the most rewarding aspect of her role is “helping people achieve their goals - whether it be securing their dream home or expanding their business.” She looks forward to getting to know the people of Ocean Springs and giving back to the community!
